Where is my support/password reset mail?

After your registration to the support site or if you have request a password reset, you will receive an email from "zendesk.com" which is the platform we use to manage our Embryodynamics support site. Check in your 'Junk mail' folder because your mail software may have considered these automated message as unwanted. Add "zendesk.com" and "embryodynamics.com" to your safe senders!
